I was stuck and began to kinda rock the tractor from forward to reverese then all the sudden the pedal sank and dint return to its normal high juding from the picture i took looking through the clutch inspection hole it looks to me like the clutch shifter some how spun and is not aligned in the forks to allow the fork to grab it amd push it towards the pressure plate... if any one could hep me diagnose this issue it would be mich appreciated.[/img]

Clutch shifter???????????? You mean the throw out bearing?? If the throw out bearing locks up it can do that or worse it can eat the pressure plate fingers off so you cannot release the clutch. Just did a clutch job on an 8N ford last week due to a throw out bearing that locked up and ate the pressure plate

I dont think its the throw out bearing i beleive its the piece the throw out bearing sits on to me it looks like it turned out of the fork looking lever

If a throw out bearing locks up it can/will cause odd problems and it may have broken the forks etc. Either way looks like you will have to open it up so you can really see what is wrong/broken

I tried uploading a video i took showing what it was all doing in motion but i dont think it worked could i send it to you via email so you can take a look at it?

I did some more poking around and i think you hit the nail on the head, im gonna try and see if i can spin the bearing if not then it siezed and caused the carrier to come of the forks lime you said!... thanks looks like a split is in the future either way

The throw out bearing is locked up and has rotated the carrier in between the arms. If you look, you can see where the pressure plate finger is almost burned clear threw.

Yep BTDT on more then one due to throw out bearings locking up and eating the pressure plate and or breaking parts
