Fiber or metallic clutch plates?

This is for you guys that repair the power shifts, which style of material would you like to use when repairing them? I have seen different styles of material on them some would be the glue on fiber and some would be the metallic. Which one lasts longer?

The metallic are best by far. They are not affected by contaminates in the oils like the glued on fiber ones.

Took a chance and ordered some c1 plates from a&i for 2294 and they are metallic made by Ratek and are from Israel.
