Good day ..just wondering if anyone has a solution to remove the bucket tilt hyd hoses with out taking all pivot points apart..I was advised to cut a hole in the casting / housing and build a special wrench...any better plan out there ?

On mine the tilt cylinder hoses come out the top and were easy to get at. The lift cylinders aren't. I removed the rear pin and retracted the cylinder to get the barrel to come out of the pocket. Ans yes I had to a number of different wrench combinations to replace. Crows feet, offset, regular and a lot of choice words that really didn't seem to help

GOOD DAY..AS STATED IN THE HEADER THIS IS A 1981 450C CRAWLER {TRACKS}..THE HOSES ARE BURIED IN THE CYLINDER MOUNT POCKET...WE WERE TOLD TO TORCH A HOLE IN THE SIDE TO GAIN ACCESS..SEEMS PRETTY EXTREME TO ME ???!!!

CRAWLER WITH TRACKS...BUCKET ON THE FRONT ONLY..ALL ENDS OF HOSES ARE BURIED IN THE TOP OF THE CYLINDER POCKET....CUTTING THE HOUSING OR REMOVING EVERY PIVOT PIN LOOKS
LIKE THE ONLY WAY...SAD

Don't understand the question, it can and has been done without cutting holes in the machine. But if you are determined to cut holes to access the the fittings go right ahead. Is it easy, no.
