had the lift cycliders tested, said they're good, I had the control valve looked at in the past, they thought it was ok, gonna need a valve, or a shop that can work on it and test it. ty

You might want to give a general location of where you are. If you are on the west coast a shop on the east coast might not be the first place to pursue.

Explaining your problem might gather some ideas as well. Have the pressures and flows been checked with a flowmeter?

bucket drifts down, I'm located between dallas and OKC, pressure's been checked on the cyclinders, not on the valve. Ty

I've had the valve looked at in the past, it may have worked slightly better after new o rings, I'm looking for a fix, if someone has a good valve block, im interested, ty

Are the valve spools centering? I have seen weak centering springs, or the centering set up get loose on a spool and let a function drift.

Are you seeing external leaks around the valve? The spool to body is a metal-to-metal fit, no internal seals in the valve body for the valve spools. You likely have some circuit reliefs and poppets that could bypass oil.

Do you have the technical manual, TM1292 for your 555A?
