I'm still looking for a decent used set of 13.6 or 15.5 X 38 tires for one of my Fords.
These look interesting but I don't follow Farmall parts at all.
I'm wondering if there is much of a market for these rims and what they might be worth.
Would these rims also fit on an M?
Thanks

Those are standard "double bevel" style rims, which were used on IH tractors and other brands from about 1955 onward. You can see the one bevel in the picture, and the second bevel is what the wheel hub clamps on to hold the rim to the wheel. The two bevels allow a wider range of track width adjustment without having a deep dished cast wheel hub like on the M.

An M uses what's called a "drop center" style rim. Completely different.

Rims from IH were two types of stops to keep rims turning with the wheels. 400 originally used two places keeping rim turning with wheel, later wheels had 4 places. Condition and area would effect price. Generally the 12 or 11 inch or less wide ones sell for less than wider ones. Never had trouble finding nice ones of the 11 or 12 wide for around 75 or sometimes less each. Cast wheels with rims work on a M or 2.75 diameter axles.

Thank you.
The way the ad read it looked like the
price was for the pair. I got an email
back from the seller and he said the price
was each.
I emailed him back and said he couldn't
blame a man for hoping could he? He lol-ed
back and said no he sure couldn't.
Guess I'll keep looking.
