B seal

Need a seal for belt pully and PTO shaft. Is it the same? Is the one offered on this site 71701C1 the correct seal for either one? I changed the
fluid and noticed a small leak at the pulley. Thanks for any replies.

There could be 2 sizes for the PTO - the original 1 1/8 or the standard size 1 3/8 shaft. Does the part number you list say what size shaft goes through it and od they offer it for both.

CaseIH parts lookup gives 71700C1 for the pulley shaft seal. Several sites list 71700C1 for that location. I don't know if there are 2 parts that substitute or if one number or the other is in error. CaseIH lists 71719C1 for the PTO shaft, same for 1-1/8 and 1-3/8 PTOs. These numbers are both substitutions for original "D" parts.

Keep in mind that the pulley shaft will leak oil if you don't have either the pulley wheel or a spacer on the shaft.
