Need help International 560 tractor

a friend of mine bought one and has no clue where to put in the hydraulic fluid if anyone can help please. thanks

There is a 3-cornered plate on the right side of the platform in back of the brake pedals. Remove 3 bolts & plate comes off.

years ago when I owned a 560 diesel, I cut a hole in that three side plate and welded a short 1" pipe nipple and a cap on it so I did not have to unbolt that plate when I needed to add oil.

As for the triangle plate, is this the same on a Farmall 460 Diesel?
