Cub carburetor

I have a '49 Cub with an IH carburetor. I need a kit. Spent an hour at NAPA today but could not seem to come up with the right kit. I have the IH part number for the carb but that didn't help the counter guy. I'd like to get the kit from NAPA as they are local and can get just about anything "next day". Does anyone know the kit number from NAPA or any number that might get me in the neighborhood?

Why not get the kit from this site. Go to tractor parts on the right side of page under MARKETPLACE.

Service has been good when I order. You can probably get next day if you want to pay for it.

I really do like this site and support it often. I have numerous parts on order now. It has been 11 days so far. Just thought I could buy locally and get something accomplished while waiting for the remainder of the parts.

I don't buy carb kits from NAPA anymore. They combined a lot of kits into one so you pay $30-35 and end up with more gaskets and parts left over than you use. Do you have any farm stores like Tractor Supply nearby? If so check with them.

Put the I.H kit in and call it a day. I have bought differnt after market kits and they never run right.

After fighting with a carb kit from Tractor Supply i went and bought the factory kit from the dealer. The dealer [I.H] kit isn"t cheap but it is exact in its parts and there fit, runs like a champ.
