Low Boy Clutch

I have an older International Low Boy with the clutch in a bell housing attached to the engine like the Farmal Cub. I think its the same engine/clutch combination. Maybe 1950's? Anyway, one of the children was mowing the grass with it and came in and reported to me that the clutch wasn't working correctly. That when he pushed it in, the gears didn't quite stop turning when he put it in gear. Although when it was in gear and stopped with the clutch in, he could hear a little noise. I adjusted the pedal travel and looked at the clutch, and couldn't see anything wrong. The throw out bearing still has maybe 3/8" of graphite facing on it and is greased properly. And the 3 fingers don't look worn much. Any ideas on what is wrong?

It is possible that all you need to do is re-set the finger heights.
Younger operators sometimes un-knowingly ride the clutch pedal a bit and may have caused some excess throw out bearing wear too. Check the bearing face to finger distance - you should have about 1/8" clearance between them when the clutch is released. Set that distance and then adjust the pedal for 1" free play and you should be OK.

So, how do I adjust the clutch fingers on a Cub/International Low Boy? There are three of them and what do I adjust them in relation to? Is there a bolt/locknut combination in there I can adjust through the inspection hole? Are there other dimensions I need to check while I am in there? Clutch disk thickness, etc?
