If your time and your weather (I'm upwind from you in Wyoming) permit, could you measure the spacing/clearance between the inside of your front rim and the HD Schwartz spindle on your "M"?
(You are owed an explanation: I'm making my M into a beefy loader tractor, and I've switched out the M castings (one was cracked anyway) for 560 castings and 18.4 x 38's on double bevel rims. But, as I always anticipated, the 8" increase in diameter from 13.6 to 18.4 necessitates a raise in front tire diameter to level out the tractor. I'm picking up my new HD Schwartz front end in Iowa next month, but I'd like to order GENSCO flotation/aircraft tires so they are here before the Schwartz is. GENSCO sells a 36 inch (38 nominal) tire 12.5 inches wide, with a 1 inch positive backspace - doing the math, that would mean I would need at least 7.25 inches of clearance from where the rim mounts on the hub to the spindle.)
