Does the Model H have a live PTO?

No. When you step the clutch down the PTO stops.

M&W made a hand clutch that would give live PTO, you can find them for about $400 these days, but replacement parts are nonexistant and you still have to use the foot clutch to shift gears.

If you are looking for live PTO in that size of tractor, you need to go to the 300, 350, or 460.

Now your just talking semantics... but independent is BETTER than live in my opinion...

Let's just say that I can substitute a device of equal or great value at my discretion... :roll:
