238 int tractor value and pros-cons

have found a nice running diesel but needs all 4 tires and some little mechanical work what are these worth and are they good motors-tractors.. as a whole this one has the mechanical shuttle shift on it as well.. i have a 2424 gas that i like but it doesnt have pwr steering and is gas so i need more hp and would like pwr steering ...what kind of hp are these machines..thanks for any replies
