I have a 300u with power steering. The power steering works good when the tractor is moving, but nothing when standing. I think it has a 340/460 gearbox. The hydraulic pump is new. What might cause this?

The Control valve that regulates priority for the steering may be stuck or have a weak spring. This would allow steering to work, but not be strong enough to turn when static. JimN
