Help find any info

I'm trying to gather any info I can for my sister-inlaw about a old tractor that belonged to her grandfather. she's not sure but beleives it to be a F-20 or F-30. The best numbers she can make out are the Frame # which is 84791 and the frame cast # which is 1527DA. Any info would be appreciated. She wants to get rid of it and wonders whether to sell for scrap or someone would want it to restore? Thanks in advance for you help.

I would place it in the classifieds on this web site or list on ebay. I would start it out around $500 and see where it goes. Thats scrap price for one but I wouldn"t want it to take a one way trip to China. Thanks, andy

Ebay, local craigs list, heck find an auctioneer. They can lead you to a consignment sale. I've seen those tractors bring upwards of 1500 for one in not so good shape with a stuck engine. Someone will want it. Tractors for the right price always sell.
