I have a Farmall A that has just been done and I want to put on new decals. Which one is correct (farmall A or Farmall A "cultivision") What is the difference? Mine was so rusted I could not tell what it said.

Depends on the year, but from '40 to '47 Cultivision circles are a safe bet and altogether corect.

Either would be correct. "Cultivision" is nothing more than a marketing slogan used by IH. Some tractors came with the "Cultivision" decal and some didn't, but there is no difference between the two.
If I were you, I'd put whichever decal you like best on it. Nobody can prove you right or wrong.
