Hi all. I'm looking to buy a new pair of front tires, and my two somewhat local Tractor Supply stores have both promised new stock for a month and have not received any. They want $65ea for Carlisle when they have them.

So I'm searching the net for simple three-rib tube type 4x15". Any help?

I bought a set of Carlisles for mine last year at a local tire dealer that deals in AG tires as well as car & truck. I think I paid $65 each mounted with new tubes.

Try your tire store.

Bought a set of 16" 3 rib carlisle 6 months age
sat out most of the summer. All cracked and dry rotten allready. China Rubber is garbage.
Bought a pack of bunge starps from Northern tool
Made In China all cracked and dry rotten been on the truck 3 months. China rubber is garbage.
If you don"t need to don"t buy them. Buy USA it will last 20 yaers or more. I have bunges on my truck i don"t no how long and if you look at them USA. This is the truth. I am not against China But what do they make that is good?

I do pretty well by a local tire guy. Got me a pair of 7.50x18 w/tubes for $278 and that is an odd size. I bought 4x15s from Miller tire before I knew him and they were pretty reasonably priced and shipped fast.

click on tire town. i bought 11.2X 24 buffed titan tires for around $100 dollars.i think your size are around $30 bucks.

Unless Miller Tire is coming to a tractor show in your area or you live near them, the shipping will absolutely kill you.

I don't begrudge Miller Tire their business in any way shape or form, but when you are talking about tires, you are much better off going with local sources... and I'm not talking about Tractor Supply. The local price may be higher on the surface, but after you factor in 30-40% of the purchase price for shipping from Miller, they'll be competitive or even cheaper.

If there is a Tractor Supply in your community, there is a tire dealer that sells tractor tires. All you need to do is consult your local yellow pages.

FWIW, I just bought some 5.00x15 fronts for my Super A from Miller Tire Co.

Titan bought the Goodyear Farm business but still licenses the historic "winged foot" logo, the tires are still USA. Firestones are also USA. TSCs offerings looked suspect when I went there which is why I didn't buy them.
