Wow, is a 560 that heavy?

I always figured the 756 weighs about 5 tons with loaded tires, and it was like night and day bringing loaded wagons down our hills compared to the 560. With the 756 you could maintain control and hold the wagons back with moderate use of the brakes. With the 560 it was like a luge ride; ten seconds of sheer terror and a big splash at the bottom...

i ran my 560D, wf, fh, loaded 16.9x38, 1 set of rear weights, over a scale once. it weighed right at 10,000 lbs. i was surprised.

mkirsch ,funny you mentioned pulling trailers with a 560 , my nieghbor years ago used to haul hay stacks up to 6-8 tons with his 560 , on down hills he had a ride amazing he was not killed. over 40+ mph out of gear.
