I’m on the final stages of completing the restoration of a 1206. Everything has been going well and it is looking great. I recently purchased a new wiring harness which has the same color wires as the original harness. The insulation of this would be fairly simple except for the previous wiring job was hacked and spliced together and not all the wires are run to their original places and or are the wrong color. I have a parts list and picture of where all the wires go, but they don’t mention anything about colors and there is no new labeling on the new harness. I have figured out by process of elimination where some go but there are still a number of wires I have no clue what they go to. Specifically two wires from the alternator- I’ve hooked up the part into the regulator and I’ve hooked up the two which go to the resistor but there are still two left that dangle in the area of the resistor, what do they go to, I’ve also hooked the ones to the started. Next there are some extras on the right and left dash. If anyone has a key or picture I would greatly appreciate some help.
