100 smoking through oil cap.....again :(

Hey guys I'm back again! I changed the sleeves on my little 100 and slapped it back together and its still smoking :(

I'm still getting exhaust gasses in the crankcase (i.e. pull the dipstick and it sputters out) and while there is good clear exhause coming out of the exhaust pipe there still remains a steady puffing of smoke coming out of my oil cap.

Please watch this quick video of the problem and see what I'm talking about.

The block does have the common crack in the water jacket behind the carb and some of the cracks go into the deck but I fixed them. I checked the bottom where the sleeves seal but really didn't feel anything??????

HELP! :(

Simple diagnosis: Plug up the exhaust while running. If it runs and the exhaust coming out of the breather increases proportionatly. the answer is a exhaust port broken into the crank case. Frozen water damage. Put weak rag sealed air pressure into the crancase with the valve train taken loose so the exhaust valves are all closed. If the air pressure is heard in the exhaust pipe/muffler, the head is cracked/ broken as described above. JimN

Same happen to me only with a IHC 806 diesel, looked like exhaust coming out filler cap, and so much pressure in crankcase it was even leaking oil out front seal, problem was the the breather filter in the head over the breather pipe that looks like wire mess screen was plugged with 40 years of dirt crud , causing the breather not working properly, i took the mess screen out and washed it, my problem was solved :~)
