Farmall M Valve Retainers

I have finally gathered all the parts to put my M back together but when i sent my head to the machine shop i did not get the retainers back. Somehow they have vanished. Talked to the local parts guy and he was not able to locate any used ones (everyone wanted to sell the head complete) and new ones through IH were more then i really wanted to pay. Anyone with any suggestions on were to find a used set or were to fine a reasonable priced set of new ones would be appreciated. Thanks for the help. I really enjoy reading all the posts current and old.

I wouldnt worry about it, the machine shop would be! They lost them, right?

i bought a head to use on my m found it to be cracked to bad to use i have i set from that head if you want them.

Sealed Power #VK138 or 138R for hardened.
Flaps should have or be able to get.
Have them check the #.
