International 330 Utility SN Tags?

Hello I have this IHC 330 utility with a Wagner loader on it and I was looking at the serial number tag and it has another stamped tag on the main tag. does anyone have any Ideas on what this is all about? also on the dash just below the throttle lever there is another small tag with G 1665 on it. just wanted to know what you think these were for?

Never saw anything like that. I`m just wondering if that tractor had some modifications done to it by an aftermarket manufacturer. Kinda like the bean harvester tractors had different serial # tags put on them when they had the harvesters put on them.Just a guess.

This is just a wild guess, but they may be asset tags added by a previous owner -- sort of like the stickers they put on all the computer equipment where I work. (I could never understand why the original serial number wasn't good enough to serve the same purpose.)

The yellow color of the wheel suggests it may have been owned by a construction company, county road department, etc.
