IHC Titan 10-20

Serial numbers are the best and accurate way but there is another way to get an idea of the year. If the tractor has short fenders and no platform I think it was made from 1915 to 1918. (or 1919) The ones that have full fenders and platform were made from 1919 to 1922 I think. I'm not sure but I think the last ones made in 1922 also had a carburator instead of the fuel mixer. Do you have a Titan 10-20; there a neat tractor.

The serial number would be the best way as lots of parts have been interchanged over time. The carburated ones had a bigger water tank with a flat front. The serial number is sometimes stamped on the crankcase on the flywheel side on a flat boss.I have heard the number may also be on the end of the crankshaft but I've never seen it.You can buy a parts book and check your parts against the parts in the book for differences in year too.
