I was looking at a 1944 M (tricyle) when I noticed a (wide front end laying in the brush along side of it and I was wondering how to determine if it is a Swartz or not, any advice, marking etc. to look for? Also were would be a good place to find parts for it has it is missing a few things. Thanks in advance....

I can get the parts for it, but before you buy it, I will advise you to determine which parts it needs and get a price on those parts. The cost of just a few parts can very quickly approach the cost of a complete, brand new unit.

Nice pictures, the guy said to just take the front end along with the tractor (lot of parts missing) along with a 3 bottom trip plow that I have yet to identify it has what looks like old oliver paint on it. He is a friend and I am going to give him something for the stuff. Thanks for pictures and I'm going to have to take a closer look at the front end, it is missing spindles, hubs, some of the steering arms etc....
