350 fast hitch plow

I am new to fast hitch plowing. Have a 350 row crop and a 2-14 fast hitch plow. Someone mentioned that you have to pull some of the cross pins in the tractor couplers when you use the plow. Which ones if any?

Salty , I included a picture of a page out of a Traction Control Fast Hitch operators manual.Pin "A" should be removed. The 2 pins "B" should be in the rear set of holes so the sockets can flex.Pin "C" in the sideways hole(not front to back).Pin"D" on the rear hole(the hole that lets hitch sway from side to side).

Don't forget the pin on the lower cylinder mount. It lets the hitch float when removed. A must for plowing.

I can't make out the pic and I just paid 340 bucks for new glasses. I think they got my prescription wrong. Can see better with my old ones but they have lots of welder/torch burns in them.

George , It ain`t no fun getting old ,is it? I don`t wear glasses yet, but I probably should be too. And you`re right, that picture I posted is none too big or clear either. Not to change the subject, but have you found out yet how much the parts depot wants for the FH rake frame ? Mark

Now the photo you posted is the late model FH... Early model differs somewhat... The 350 could have either..

Mark,

Any chance I could get a larger photo of that diagram? I have tried to see if a copy of that fast hitch manual is available and can not find one. I have also tried to enlarge the diagram but it gets even more fussy! Thanks!
