I have 59 560 D it has just been rebuilt and
has redone head ,pump ,injectors. It runs at 2400 rpm now, how much hp does it have. I pull in farm stock if thats what you want call it.

Depends on just what parts went into the engine during rebuild and just who did the work so it may have 68 Hp or it could have a 100 IF the pump and injectors are set stock then the first if it has stock 560 pistons and not upgraded to 706 and the head is stock well then stock

YEa ya could but i can build them pretty close to what i want when doing the build i use to empress my accountant with my build jobs . Just like my close friends 706 gasser as he wanted JUST A BIT MORE then it had well he got his bit more plus a bunch more and i told him just about where it would peek out before we run it on the dyno and i missed it by 3 Hp on the low side. That comes from almost fifty years of building engines

I am register now. I will look into getting it dynoed
I will pull this week againt a 560 gas and 4010 and mm 670 will see what happens. Thanks for the info

I pulled saturday got 2nd in 7500 beat big G jd and 460 with 301D
1st in 8500 but there was only
one other tractor in the 8500 a 560 gas. It had alot snort it was a Blast.

I've seen 560's cheap around my neck of the woods. Are they good tractors? I've heard about weak rear ends and axles... If they can be built up to 100+ hp and be durable enough for farm use I may put one on my list before an 806, 856, or 3088.

Congrats on your pulling experience. Sounds like you had a blast! I'd like to try one day, but I have to wait a few years until my 1962 Farmall 504 makes 50 years for the local "antique" pulls.

I have heard the same thing about 560 haveing weak rear ends until the number 20624 if it is a early one that has been update it should
have a small triangle stamped into the serial number plate.
i heard someone who works in a junk yard says 560 have heaver
rear end componts than a 190xt AC. IH got the problem solved but it was to late. they did'nt sell as many in 60 ,61 ,62.
