Got my super H fixed. It was NOT the carb. I cleaned it ten times, turned out to be an intake leak. So who ever suggested that was spot on.
Also i just got back a 1940 H fresh from south dakota, and she must of sat for while the gas in the glass jar turned to "putty" I never see that before. So I need to go thru the fuel system and carb. How about the radiator do you guys think i should take it in a and get it boiled out? There was no water in it at all. Tractor had engine oil and is free. any other suggestions, this tractor was the very first one i seen when i was five, and my dad ran it alot when he was younger. The travtor never left the 1000 acher farm until now. It means alot to me and my dad and we want to do it right. john
