15-30 (22-36) One cylinder perfect, 3 exhuast valves leak

We had that 22-36 on a power-eater fan for a couple hours, and it feels like the rings seated great and everything else broke in pretty nice too.

Sounded great under load! Drank about 3-4 gallons per hour, and was drinking #1 diesel just like gas even after I turned the water injectors completely off.

All cylinders compression test well over 60 (2,3,4 about dead even) with #1 over 70. I'm pretty happy, especially for the combination of used and NOS parts in that block.

However, my crudely setup leakdown test gave me hissing in the exhaust manifold for the weaker three. Fairly minor, but I'm just wondering if anyone knows what could have caused this.

All the valves were ground; three new ones - I have no idea which cylinders recieved new, only that #1s originals were certainly warped.

The head did get snow in it on the ride back here, I blew it out well and treated with WD-40, but it still sat for a couple months after that. I checked them before assembly, but just a quick glance - not disasembled.

I suppose the head needs to come off for the cure, but for the two threshing dates it has in the near future, I'm not worried.
