International 350 Utility Questions

I was going to look at a 350 Utility. The owner said he thought something was missing on the top of the dash. What would that be? Also, he thought there is a leak underneath the hydraulic reservoir. Does anyone have any idea what would be causing this leak and if it is very common or expensive to fix? Furthermore he mentioned that sometime the power steering seems to be slow and the operator has to stop and let it catch up. What would cause this?

First answer, it would be the cover for the dash light.

Second, not sure about the leak under the resivoir. It is more than likely a leaky or-ring on the side that is running underneath the reservoir.

Third, I am not too familiar with the PS. There is a guy on here who is an expert on the early Utilities. Sorry that I can't remember his name (to you and especially to him 'cause he has helped me soo much). He will be able to fill in the holes I left.
