2 bbl carberator on M

My neighbor says he has a two barrel carburetor on his M. I have not seen it but I am told it has good power. I am told it has two venturi tubes going up into the manifold but looks reasonably stock. Has any one seen one of these? Do they increase hp? Is the manifold different?

heisler made these. the manifold and carburetor and the governor control tube are all different than stock. they are an expensive conversation piece. no big power increase for pulling.

Randy is correct. If it was a stroker with big pistons, and a cam capable of changing the torque curve to about 2500rpm, and advanced timing to allow real power on premium fuel, it would probably do well. JimN
