Removing rockshaft on a Super C

I am going to replace all rock shafts on my Super C. They were all broke and re welded. The 2 outer shafts came off easy. The inner on the left side is a bear. I tried heat, but, no luck. Is there a set screw or am I just not trying hard enough. Any help is appreciated Thanks

The inner rockshaft arm is forged as an integral part of a tube which slides over the shaft that holds the left and right outer arms. To remove it, you must remove the whole rockshaft assembly, then you can slide it apart.
