Water jacket torque value for an H?

On my '44 H, I've triple checked the IH service manual, and checked the IT manual... no mention of the water jacket anywhere. Did I miss it? I found the manifold should be torqued to 50 foot pounds. Anyone know what the water jacket should be torqued to?

25lbs. is a good #, just go by feel also. dont want to squish out the gskt.

Standard torque for a 5/16" plain grade 2 bolt is 12-13 ft. lbs. 25 is way too much.

yes it is - was thinkin of 3/8, but just do it by feel, its not that critical.
