Farmall H Engine Trouble

I have a 1952 Farmall H. I just recently noticed it has antifreeze mixed with the oil. What are some of the possibilities to cause this? Will the engine more than likely have to be rebuilt? I am unsure of how long it could have been like that. Thanks in advance for any help.

The head will need to be removed, that's not a difficult operation, takes a bit of time. Most engine shops will tell you at once what is up. The discolouration on the gasket or head tells right away if the gasket has been leaking. Next they will magnaflux the head and you will have your answer. In the majority of cases its head gasket or head and the block will likely be OK unless it has been overheated or froze up without adequate prestone.
