Valve Adjustment Farmall A

It's been years since I've done this. I searched the site and I could not find a thread with the info for a Farmall A.

Anyone have the patience to help me? CKNS?

The link explains it better than I can. Valve clearance for an A is 0.014 hot. No spec for cold, but probably 0.016-0.017.

Thanks CNKS!! The chart is helpful, but it says to adjust two cylinders at a time (the chart shows three cylinders when on TDC for # 1). When on TDC for cylinder #4... do you know which cylinders I should lash?

Bring No1 piston near the radiator to TDC on the compression stroke and adjust valves 1,2,3 & 5 counting from the radiator. Then rotate engine one full turn and adjust 4,6,7 & 8. Hal
Set them at .017" cold
