fuel tank sealer

Any success with the tank sealing stuff you put inside and slosh around? I am working on a super A that some gooped on the outside where the bracket is welded on but it seeps a little. The tank is currently off because I was painting. I also need an air cleaner. Mine is rusted out.

it does work OK , I have a tank that was rusted badly .. I placed duct tape over a series of many holes , It is fine after 10 years ,, However ,, give it plenty of Cure time ,, I like mine to set at least a week in 70 degree temps

Bruce, There is a kit from Eastwoods I have done many tanks without any trouble.

I hope you mean you put duct tape over the holes while you sealed it. Not to seal up the holes. right?
