I"m rebuilding an old IH 10-20 carburetor. It"s an IHC all brass carb. I"ve found a kit and new cork float. I"d like to know the "how-to"s" on setting the float and initial settings for the carb. Can you help?
Thanks in advance.

Initial setting top screw 1 1/2 turns and bottom screw 2 1/2
I am not finding a float spec. I don't think it's real critical but if its too high the gas will run out as there is no bowl gasket.

Inside of the carb. bowl there will be a line in the brass. When you turn the carb. upside down, the top of the float needs to line up with that line. If it is too high the gas will run out. Did this on both my 1925 and 1931 10-20s and they have worked fine.
