Estimated labor to install MW Hand Clutch

Looking for an estimate on the labor time to install a M&W Hand Clutch on a Farmall H. Looking at buying it and wonder how many hours to install, a close guess. Looked under the Vintage Ads part and found the manual but not the labor time to install it. I'm sure it varies a bit depending on rust and the person doing it.
Thanks
Ryan

Starting with the platform and left rear axle, then going to the drive pinion cage and brake assembly, then replacing components in the cage including new seals with their M&W counterparts, Cleaning and inspecting all parts, I would guesstimate from 15 hrs to infinity. If everything is easy to take apart and nothing twists off, and if no reused parts are bad/missing, (assuming experienced mechanic with tools and a cherrypicker for the platform, 15) Jim

Flat rate for one bull pinion and/or bearings is 4.7 hours. That is time allowed for an moderately experienced mechanic with proper tools and the tractor cleaned and on the shop floor.

I rebuilt the hand clutch on my MH 44. It would take a good day each to dis/assemble if all went well. It did NOT go well on mine due to rust inside the external clutch pack.

I would budget 1 - 2 extra days to clean up the parts.

I read in the instructions that it was a 2 hour job.If I remember correctly.
