Multi-Connector Plug Repair - IH 656

I have a 656D with several wires that have pulled out of the multi connector plug. It appears that the wires are crimped onto the connector and inserted into the plug housing. I cannot figure out how to remove the crimped wire connector from the plug to replace the wire. Is there a special tool for this or are they assembled in such a way that they cannot be repaired? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If it is the female, On the back side of the plug
is a small tab that sticks out, I use a modified screwdriver, ground to the right width and real thin, push it down from the back side of the connector, the side the wire goes in, to hold the tab in then push it out from the front with another small screwdriver.
If it is the male side the catch is on the edge, not the wide part.
That said, I have no idea what the connector on a 656D looks like.

Yes there is a special tool for this but like the other gent said he uses a screwdriver ground down and i have made many out of a cotter pin and flattened the rounded side and made the end thinner / The wire ends are delco 56 series ends and you can order them thru a good parts store or electrical supply house that deals in automotive wire. Now doing the crimp can be a challenge with out the special crimping tool . I bought the tool to crimp because i did a lot of rewire on the I H tractors and it just made my job go faster and looked more factory . You can even get the connectors new . I get my wiring supply's from Terminal Supply as they carry everything .
