Removing Rounded bolts in tight spaces

I went to remove the glove box and the gauge panel on my Farmall Super C and I discovered that all the bolts are rounded. I can't fit the grinder in the tight space to cut them off,

So, How do I go about removing these bolts that are enclosed in theses boxes? Any ideas.

Thanks

Take a flat washer that fits over the head of the bolt, weld it on.
Then take a nut that'll also fit down over, weld it to the bolt and
washer. Wait for it to cool completely, remove the bolt.

If all else fails, use a cold chisel to knock the heads off the bolts
and then use conventional methods to remove the remains of the
bolts after the dash.

I've got a set of those bolt out's or whatever they are called that I got from Sear's to remove rounded off bolt heads. It's about the same size of the head of the bolt and you put in socket or box wrench, tap on the head of the bolt and give it a turn. Have been successfull with them most of the times I've had to use them.

I use a somewhat similar method. I use a larger nut with a hole about the size of the od of the nut. I also like to start taking it off as soon as the weld will hold. There is an added effect of heating the object that will help you get the bolt/nut out/off.
