International 600 foot de-accelerator

I have a 600 diesel in the parts book there is a foot de-accelerator did they have one? I have been told that they did and that it wasn't an option so was it or wasn't?

The foot deaccelerator was an option on the 600 and 650 tractors. On the 9 series the WR-9, WDR-9, WR-9-S and the Super WDR-9 were special "Rice Field Special" models on which the foot deaccelerator was standard. The 600 and 650 did not have a seperate "Rice Field Special" model but all of the rice features were offered as seperate options.
