WD9 with loader

I am looking into buying a 1952 WD9 in good shape. I need to know if my Dual 325 loader can work with it. Thank you all for the help.

My opinion is that the 9 series tubs are too weak to handle a loader for anything other than light work. That would be snow removal or lifting objects. I just sold a well built Ottawa loader that came off a busted up I-9. It was designed to fit the 9 series. Perhaps I should have put it on a TD-9.

I agree with Wardner. If it had a frame strengthening support that transferred load to the front bolster and didn't load the middle of the tractor I would not worry about it. It would be a real drag to steer without Power Steering. Jim
