Super C brake seals

Dad's Super C is getting some oil on the brake linings. He would like to know if the seal is on the inside or the outside (hoping for the outside). Thanks in advance for any help.

On the outside; Super C has disc brakes so you remove the brake assembly and unbolt the backing plate from the transmission case. There are pry bar slots to remove the plate. Should be an o-ring plus the seal to replace.
2-- 285723R1 O-RING RING, seal, bull pinion shaft bearing retainer
2-- 359790R91 SEAL OIL SEAL, bull pinion shaft bearing retainer
