throttle won't stay on 1466

The last 1466 I bought last spring am having trouble with the throttle not staying. Is there a friction disc that holds the throttle or what do you tighten up to keep in where you put it. It keeps backing off and you have to hold it going thru the field. You run it up to 2000 rpm's and in 30 seconds it will be down to 1500 unles you hold it.

Just pull the cowl and you will see a place on the throttle shaft that looks like a Clamp with a olt just give it a little tweak and that will do the trick .
