706 Lost power - air in line?

The other day I ran my 706 (282) almost out of fuel-it sputtered, I stopped and filled up. Now I have significantly reduced power under load. Would air in the line do this or should I look somewhere else. Thanks.

Yup it will and you will need to bleed the system. This would be a good time to change fuel filters also. If there is dirt or debris in the tank it could plug you filters and give the same result.

update: I bled all injectors while running. Each injector bleeding caused a miss, so all cylinders appeared to be working. I also changed fuel filters and tried it without the air cleaner but I still have the miss at high rpm with little power. Any ideas?
