What is causing this?

I am in the beginning stages of repairing and restoring my Grandpa's C. The tractor is located 300 miles from where I currently live, so I tinker here and there on weekends. If possible, I like to have all the parts I think I'll need on hand, so I don't waste time driving and waiting at the parts counter once I'm there. I think it leaks from every seal, but I am starting in front and working my way back. Can you guys look at the attached pictures and help narrow down what might cause the leaking on the front wheels? Any suggestions would help.

Looks like engine oil may be leaking from the front seal on the damper pulley. It may have worn a groove into the pulley. Hal

There is or supposed to be gear oil in the front steering gearbox. There are two seals, one were the steering shaft goes in and one were the bolster comes out. You will need to pull the gear box apart clean and inspect every thing and install new seals. There are two gaskets you will need to. All parts can be bought from your local CaseIH dealer.

Looks like the crankshaft pully seal to me. The steering gear probably leaks too but I don't think that would sling the oil up on the sides of the engine.

Thanks guys. I'll look into these suggestions, and will have to get parts after I find out what is bad. I have a sneaking suspicion that it's going to be more than one thing causing this mess.
