Land rent

I am looking for a land rent forum as the ones I found I was too hyped up about. I know this is tractors and I posted on another board but not too much action. I have a farm that is coming out of CRP filter strips and lease is up too. It has a 108 corn, 56 bean and 25 wheat base on about 250 acres with contour hills. Probably 75% slopes of 3 or 4 and 25% tiled creek bottoms. The land is in northern Illinois and am exploring cash or variable rent. Any ideas on a site to discuss this?

Most of the states have a land rent table. Google IL land rent.

I think they are letting you re-up on the CRP. It'd be a shame to take crp out of the rotation.

where at in northern illinois i live in lindenwood thats about 15-20miles south of rockford.
