Hey guys, when i shift my C after you let out the cluch it surges and you have to disengage the cluch then when you let it out the second time it doesnt surge, what would cause this. Ive had the govenor apart and everything looked good. any help is very appreciated.

It sounds like you have to adjust the governer.Thats usualy the cause of surging.

What gear are you using tp cause that and is the engine under load a weakk gov spring can cause that condition as there is no adjusting the gov. Is the surge spring good or maybe set too low.
