Bill, the mans name is Dave, he's on Ebay right now. Search Ebay for "International Farmall A - Oil Canister". He trades as jerseygirlrob. Click on "ask a question" and see if he won't give you his number.
Looks like he is parting out a W6 and an A right now. What models are the older tractors you might need parts for?

Hey Charlie, thanks for the getback. I'll see if I can contact him. My brother and I inherited our father's farm. We have 2 H's, one 6 volt and one 12 volt (Don't remember the years). We also have a '49 C, and a '37 F12. All are runnung. I am just starting to restore the F12. Oh one more, we have a 60's Ford diesel back hoe/loader.
