sickle bar mower----need help

I have a 2pt bal head IH mower and want to change it to a 3pt hitch. Would any of you have a 3pt IH mower and post the measurements of the 3pt hitch "yoke" ? A picture along with the measurements would be great also.

If'n it was me, I'd just build a 3pt-2pt adapter to use. I have a couple fasthitch implements, but took the fasthitch off my tractor in favor of a 3 point. Gonna fabricate a frame to pin on my 3 point that will accept fasthitch implements. Therefore not irreparably altering anything.

Should be able to take measurements for the 3pt adapter off any implement frame.

Jim, There is quite a fraternity of IHC 2 point fast hitch implement collectors who would probably really like to have your mower. You might consider selling yours and look for a factory built 3 point one in lieu of modifying the one you presently have. I believe sickle mowers are fairly abundant and are rarely used any longer at least around where I live here in south central Missouri. Just a thought, Hal.
