could anyone please tell me are a farmall H and a W4 bull pinon and brake shaft, in the backend the same .would A W4's fit into my H

Yes they are the same if both tractors have the common band brakes. Only thing to watch for is a change in the shafts sometime during 1941 production. Splined bull pinion shafts started being used in the tractors with splined brake drums, this shaft was used until disc brakes came along. Previous ones before the change in 1941 used a keyed shaft and drum.
