Tony, I think you speak for many of us when you thank these men. They have helped us to fix untold numbers of tractors and other equipment. They deserve thanks and recognition for their help to others and their contributions to these forums.

I just love old machines and helping others keep them operating and happy is a great feeling. The shared knowledge is a permanent component of the educational philosophy I deliver in my Tech Ed, Tech Management, and environmental classes at SCSU. Hands on experiences are easier to coach in the Lab than through words and an occasional picture, but is all positive. Finding young people that come from an ag or technology background is so very rewarding, they actually have competency above 98% of those from the city. Again thanks. I also learn from all of you! Jim
